Swart Wilcox House Historic Home Working for W. L. Kline, Inc. we provided superintendence and equipment for the 1996 restoration of Oneonta's
oldest home. Specialties created in our shop included reproduction,
sash, doors & millwork. At the site we provided the equipment
to lift the heavy brick filled home to effect repairs to the fieldstone
foundation. Our skilled plasterers matched the existing horsehair
plaster to produce this award winning restoration.
